Great environment, at least for me to start my career. I have a very supportive team around me and the ability to learn new and exciting things in my development track.
The uncertainty surrounding the company, with its massive debt and layoffs, creates an uneasy environment.
Keep the transparency to the staff and continue to have access to resources to help grow careers and knowledge.
