Pay seems to be decent for starting out. Intern pay was above average. Benefits are good. Plenty of room to move up, with baby boomers moving out of the way.
The starting full-time pay (not intern) seems to be on par with, or below, the rest of the industry. The educational assistance has taken some serious hits.
