Unique experience, slow-moving company
Boeing has some of the coolest products out there, and being able to work right next to the factory is pretty cool. I like how there are a lot of different teams in Boeing, and it’s easy to move around. There's a very good work-life balance since it’s a pretty standard 9-5.
Boeing is very old-fashioned in everything, especially software development. It can be a slow process getting approvals and such, and a lot of the tech is a year behind.
Focus on making the experience for engineers closer to big tech companies to help retain talent.
