I had a phone interview for an entry-level software engineering position with Boeing Defense. Boeing utilized STAR (Situation, Task, Action, Results) questions. However, these questions were tailored towards the software development process.

Phone interview where they asked software engineering process questions. Semi-technical, but no code writing or algorithm questions. They provided how Boeing would handle each situation. It lasted one hour and was pretty easy. Two people interviewed

Not too bad. Not too good. Just so-so. Not insanely difficult, but not insanely easy. It was a very normal interview. But again, not too bad and also not too good.
