Pros: The career opportunities at a company like this are unmatched. Benefits are good. Getting a paid-for degree is good.
Cons: It seems like every year there is a new VP, department lead, or other executive. With that comes a new direction, a new set of processes, and a new value set. This is very aggravating for a lot of folks who don't want to change their workflow every 18 months.

Pros: The benefits are very good (although industry-standard).
The pay is fair.
Lots of opportunities across the company.
Cons: I work in a small shop, so the cons are site-specific, which would be personnel issues.
