- Transferring internally only allows parallel moves (such as not being able to transfer internally from a level 1 to a level 2)
- No stock options, and the purchase plan is a measly 5% discount
- Large company, so things move slow
- Non-technical managers
I'd love to see more technical managers managing technical teams. It's easier to convince technical managers that certain things aren't possible.
Offer more competitive pay and more outward acknowledgment toward high-performing individuals (i.e., promotions).
