Interviewed at the Seattle plant. The managers were very professional and helpful. The technical questions were exactly what you would expect: data structures, algorithms. Problem-solving skills are a must to have a chance at this position.

I applied at a college/university career fair. I got a phone call from Boeing the next day. The interview difficulty was average. They expected you to answer interview questions using the S.T.A.R. method: situation, task, action, and result.
