The group I got hired into is great. We have a great work dynamic and work together to get the job done.
I absolutely love my job, but the politics of the company are overwhelming. It makes it costly and time-consuming to develop systems.
Stop inserting unnecessary politics into engineering processes. It makes everyone's job more difficult and inflates our prices.
