I was contacted by a recruiter after submitting an online application. Spoke with a hiring manager about myself and background. Received an offer, then had to go through a background check along with security screening and drug test.

The first screen is your resume. The first interview was behavioral. Two weeks later, they asked for a technical interview with some of the team leads of the project. Basic common sense questions for the behavioral and average skill for the technica
