You're at least employed and doing your best to keep the company afloat.
This company and leadership used to actually care about the employees doing the work.
Decent salaries back in the day. Bonuses were more common place; now they are sporadic. Stagnating salaries compared to inflation.
Stop just rewarding yourself for nothing. Eventually, that will drive the company to the ground.
