I had an hour-long phone interview that had three parts. First, some administrative stuff, then six questions, and finally some time for me to ask a few questions. The six questions were a mix between experience and personality traits.

They follow the STAR format; it's very simple and direct about your experiences. If you study up on the style of questions and prepare your answers, you will do fine.
