Medical benefits can't be compared with none. Great. Many projects running at the same time. You feel job security as you get moved to the next project when the current one terminates.
Morale is getting lower and lower because management treats engineering as a cost, not a revenue generator. Holiday time-off is lower compared to Lockheed Martin. It is harder to advance your career even when you are the manager's favorite.
Let it be known that if Boeing goes out of the defense business, it is because you mistreated your engineers under CEO Jim McNerney. The damage has already been done.
