The people are very nice. The pay is good for a starting job. Benefits are good, and there isn't any penalty for taking/using vacation days.
Management is unrealistic with scheduling.
Investment in test infrastructure is next to nothing.
The skills you learn are only good for defense work.
Adjust schedules when there are staffing issues or work faster to fill positions.
