Lots of control over what I do, with a big corporate feel
Depends on where you’re at within Boeing, but my job has extreme flexibility and control over my own job description. I love the work!
To get promoted, you have to apply for other jobs.
Big corporate feel. Anything dealing with the enterprise is not fun.
We need to find ways to compensate people for what they are doing. Simply providing ways to get larger raises would be a great start.
