1. Interview STAR method. When you made a mistake? Difficult time? Deadline? It was online, no video required. Negotiations were with HR. Took about a week of process. The process was easy.

The interview was very strictly formatted, which was helpful. The answers had to follow a specific framework (STAR), which helps you to properly hit all points of the question. The entire interview was behavioral.

I applied online in April and waited a long time until I got a response (~3 months). When they did contact me, I spoke to someone on the phone from HR who coordinated and set up a phone interview. I guess they primarily do phone interviews now as a
