Pros

The best reason to work for Boeing is hoping that it will return to its roots when Mr. Boeing ran it. But since that is impossible, there is no good reason to work for them as long as the management is the same.

Cons

Management will tell engineering to stop testing because they do not want to find any more bugs on safety-critical software. This is a classic example of businessmen who decide to run the engineering departments, disregarding advice from their top, leading engineers, who are the best in the business.

Advice to Management

All managers who participated in the 737 MAX fiasco and the Boeing SLS replacement of the space shuttle fiasco should apologize to the American public for sacrificing safety over human life.

They should also apologize for milking the American public with cost overruns on the Boeing SLS rocket, which is now decades late and tens of billions of dollars over budget.
