It wasn't ideal for a fresh-faced college grad looking for meaningful impact and learnings, especially for someone not particularly interested in staying in the aerospace world for life.

This is a contract position with The Boeing Company, through a contract house. It's a phone interview. The only questions are what you worked on in the past and when you can start.

This was for an entry-level role. STAR format, 5 questions. I was asked about experience and difficult/pressure situations. Besides the 5 STAR questions, a couple of yes/no questions were asked, e.g., "Have you ever used tool X?"
