Good training for beginning engineers. Good benefits for full-time employees. Employees are generally intelligent, considerate, and have a positive attitude and ethics.
Upper management loyalty is nonexistent. The engineers' union (SPEEA) has been all but broken. Experienced engineers are being laid off. The company is downsizing its Seattle workforce and moving out of state and country. Seattle and Everett parking and commutes are bad. There is no pension.
