The Everett site is very big, making it impossible to work out or go out to lunch due to parking.
It's easy to get lost in the system. It's easy to get stuck on something that will not make you marketable within Boeing or elsewhere further down the road.

With the current paradigm shift in technical work environments from strictly business and bottom line to employee development and well-being, you need to offer similar venues to compete with the tech giants. Doing so will attract talent. Also, who the hell wants to live in Everett?
