I applied online and after three months, I got an email for the phone interview. After confirming the date and time, I was called. Only one manager called. The phone was put on speakerphone, and the interview lasted for thirty minutes. It went fine.

HR contacted me through an email and set up a phone interview with the Design managers. Half an hour phone interview. The interview was good, featuring straight technical and some behavioral questions. The interview sounded promising. I followed up

Was online, though they did not have webcams. Asked 5 questions in the STAR format. There were lots of long pauses between questions. They left time in the end to ask my own questions.
