Work-life balance is alright, and the pace of work is slow.
The engineers do not really understand the holistic process, nor do they understand the way everything works. They just go with the flow.

Structural Engineer
No technical questions asked. They are super focused and live and die on the STAR questions. No test required. Not even sure if they’re allowed to ask anything outside of the STAR questions.

Technical questions were focused more on solid mechanics, structures, and basic aircraft parts. Knowing CATIA software is an added advantage. Thoroughly know your projects because they like to dive deeper and ask questions related to the same.
