To a new engineer, it may feel a little bit overwhelming with the knowledge spit right at you, but that is expected as a new hire. You may feel overwhelmed and tired, but after a couple of months, you will get the hang of it.
No technical questions asked. They are super focused and live and die on the STAR questions. No test required. Not even sure if they’re allowed to ask anything outside of the STAR questions.
Technical questions were focused more on solid mechanics, structures, and basic aircraft parts. Knowing CATIA software is an added advantage. Thoroughly know your projects because they like to dive deeper and ask questions related to the same.
The interview was scheduled a few weeks in advance. I interviewed with two managers in the department over Teams. Both were nice and easy to talk to during the interview.
