Fairly easy to maintain a 40-hour work week. A ton of good resources (people and programs). Even as an intern, I had excellent compensation and paid time off.
A big company that acts like a big company. I felt like just a number at times and didn't feel as accomplished because you don't see all sides of a project.
Be more prepared for new employees. I showed up for my first day, and no one knew I was coming, so I spent the first few days doing nothing while my accounts were set up.

Engineer
This was for an entry-level role. STAR format, 5 questions. I was asked about experience and difficult/pressure situations. Besides the 5 STAR questions, a couple of yes/no questions were asked, e.g., "Have you ever used tool X?"
Quality Engineer
The interview process is quick and easy. It is mainly behavioral and about how well you fit in the team. The maximum time is an hour, and the average time for the interview is 30 minutes.
