Great benefits, but it takes a while to get recognized

Recognized if you do good work, but pay takes a while to match the recognition. Lowest level on my team but performs some of the most work. Have been waiting on a promotion for 7 months now. Pay is low for the industry.

MP&P Engineer
Structured Interview with about 5 questions. Three-person panel with two managers and a senior engineer. A question would be asked, I would answer, and that would lead to a follow-on question or two. I was not very prepared. If I had to do it again

Had a phone interview which lasted 30 minutes. They asked me mostly about my background. They also asked about why I wanted to work there and what about the company I liked.
Manufacturing Engineer
They are big on asking questions where you have to use the STAR method. Not too many technical questions. They just want to have a general sense of how you would fit with their company culture.
