Structured Interview with about 5 questions.
Three-person panel with two managers and a senior engineer. A question would be asked, I would answer, and that would lead to a follow-on question or two.
I was not very prepared. If I had to do it again, I would look up common questions they ask (they can be found online) and have an answer for each one.
They want to hear about real situations, preferably from extracurricular activities.
