Management style can be considered "micro-management".
In-house, it is very political (California Region Supplier Quality).
An internal annual survey is manipulated by management to assure they are scored well. They seek out those who may have scored them less than stellar. It is not an open environment.
We need to promote a "true" open environment. Do not reward sycophants at the expense of truly qualified people. Allow people who are experts to do their jobs without micromanaging or changing audit results to promote the appearance of a robust Region.
