The interview (#2) was conducted via video call with the Android Lead Engineer and lasted approximately 1 hour.

In many teams, high performers were the ones who were less in the office, and management wanted employees to believe it was the other way around. This was a bit insulting. 3. Every year, benefit packages are getting smaller.
