They will fire you and say you have two weeks to leave Estonia or get in trouble with the police. This is blatantly not true, as leaving Estonia early means you lose rights as a worker.
The company likes to bring litigation (lawyers) against former employees.
There is a really bad personality cult around the CEO.
It's a typical green-washed company. Most of the big shots here have more than one car. They brag openly that Bolt has a revolving door policy.
There are multiple employee rights violations, but lots of lawyers to fight them, plus friends in government.
