Pretty good place to work, but stressful at times

- remote work, mostly
- not stingy about money
- supportive colleagues
- I had an amazing manager for a while
- you learn a lot
- There's often a sense of rush.
- I had a very bad micromanaging manager for a while.
- When I left, they had started to do time accounting for every minute of the day.
- Blaming culture at times.
- When people left my team, the roadmap didn't get readjusted to account for that, so people just ended up doing a lot of overtime.
- People would flat-out lie about overtime, even if you could see them online and committing code, and managers would not address this. So you were seen as lazy if you complained about work-life balance.
- Prioritize team fit.
- Be realistic about day-to-day life when asked during interviews.
- Defend your engineers' time.
- Don't be a micromanager.
