I had applied for the graduate scheme.
Two weeks after applying, I received an invitation for a HackerRank test. It consisted of two easy and one medium LeetCode-style questions on arrays and data structures, and a system design question.
About a week later, I received an invitation for an HR screening round. This was a 30-minute call with one of the HR representatives, discussing my motivation, career aspirations, and what the company has to offer.
After this, the final 1-1 interview rounds were scheduled for around three weeks later (assessment centre).
On the interview day, three team members at various levels (senior developer, manager, senior manager) conducted 1-1 competency-based interviews, 30 minutes each.
After this, a group interview with three other candidates was held to discuss and create a strategy for a given problem.
After the interview, I received a call five days later with the offer.
Competency-based "tell me about a time" questions.
