I was approached by a recruiter for a Software Engineer (SWE) role. The whole process took about 1.5 months.

There were three stages to the process:

• Technical Interview: This was a standard LeetCode-style interview. I heard back the next day, confirming I had passed.
• System Design & Behavioural: These were two separate interviews conducted on the same day.

I received the offer approximately three weeks after my system design and behavioural interviews, after being informed I had passed.

I did not like how the system design interview was conducted. It had a very rigid structure that made it unnecessarily difficult.
