Pros

The compensation package has been improving throughout the years and is now rather competitive. There are lots of smart people it's a real pleasure to work with. There are lots of projects to choose from, making it easy to migrate between teams and work on something appealing. The technological stack is constantly evolving. The current CEO is amazing.

Cons

Some legacy parts are evolving slowly or not at all, with lots of forgotten products nobody wants to care for. Product decisions are made top-down, which means teams can appear or be disbanded overnight. Nobody is fired, but the focus is lost for months. Generally, everything is moving very slowly. Tech leadership is not amazing.

Advice to Management

Be better at communicating decisions.
