Free lunch. Not much else is good.
Worst place I ever worked by far. The culture was horrible, the codebase was horrible, the processes were horrible, and testing was non-existent. If you relocate, there will be stickiness clauses in the contract forcing you to stick with the BS until the clauses expire.
