Pros

Salary

Modern office that you can show to friends.

You can come late and leave early, but it depends on the manager.

Woco is good and pushes the company to care about employee rights.

Cons

Bad middle management.

Damaged culture because people know that there is very little chance to grow. A lot of them coast and do not care about the product; others overachieve and work insanely a lot.

Bad team atmosphere since the environment is competitive.

Incompetent managers cause demotivation.

A lot of support work.

Too much focus on showcasing and visibility, making the presentation the only work appreciated by managers.

Not a helpful atmosphere.

Re-org added responsibilities which are not transparent.

Chaotic management, bad delegation, involving engineers in many meetings without splitting of responsibility areas.

On call is mandatory for all developers.

Advice to Management

Fosters employees' mental health.

Train managers to manage.

Help people within the company to grow into management positions.
