Pros

Amazing work-life balance. You can practically avoid work for months; nobody cares anyway.

Decent benefits for Amsterdam.

Cons

The product – backed up by a 25-year-old Perl monolith nobody understands.

Change? You won't be able to either.

Career perspectives – the only way is to go into management; you will not grow technically here.

Culture – as they cannot deliver results, they like to talk about them. Be prepared for an endless flow of meetings showing off nothing and talking about plans that will never be completed.

High churn – people were either working for 10+ years (too comfortable to leave already) or less than 2 (still tied to a contract).
