Infrastructure Good, Tech Vision Lacking
Good infrastructure. Diverse people. Good range of food, but still not much for vegetarians.
Less work, more red tape and jargon.
Too many, and not so smart, managers.
No CTO for the past year, and thus no tech vision or direction.
The codebase is managed very badly and is getting worse.
Please listen when an employee complains.
Judge things objectively, not subjectively.
