Pros

In general, I loved Booking so far, from the way they treat you on different scopes: as a part of the company, as a part of a team, and as an individual.

There are yet things I would love to outline:

  1. First and foremost – people. Every single person in Booking is the nicest person ever. They are always ready to help, to listen to you, to have a chat. People are an integral part of a healthy and hospitable environment. In this aspect, Booking stands out greatly.

  2. Truly multicultural. People from all over the world work here, and that's amazing!

  3. Growth. Booking supports your growth and encourages you to grow. Moreover, you are allowed to focus on a broader scope of subjects to study, as long as it contributes to your professional growth.

  4. Environment. Mostly, it's the people that I mentioned. But the environment is more than that, and Booking creates an excellent environment for you to excel at your position. It's like they are saying: "Here you go, everything you want and need to enjoy your work and perform well. Just please do something (optional)."

Ok, the part about (optional) is a joke, but seriously, they are doing everything for you to enjoy your job and excel at it.

  1. Amsterdam office. Well, it's just awesome. Nothing more, nothing less. A piece of art, a blessing for your eyes. I love it.
Cons

Can't think of any, sorry.
