Clear objectives for the team. You are well aware of the business goals, and everyone is working towards a common objective.

Managers are doing a great job. They listen to everyone and have weekly 1-on-1 meetings with the team members.

A lot of perks like free food, a bike scheme, travel allowance, and many more. Overall, I think Booking.com is the best place to work in the Netherlands.
