Pros
  1. Amazing work-life balance. No one will ping you after 5 PM. There is no work pressure.

  2. The new campus is amazing. It has a perfect location and tasty food. The workspace team and office managers are doing a great job.

  3. A lot of things to learn in tech. Most of the teams are working towards tech modernization. New services are being developed using Java.

  4. Clear objectives for the team. You are well aware of the business goals, and everyone is working towards a common objective.

  5. Managers are doing a great job. They listen to everyone and have weekly 1-on-1 meetings with the team members.

  6. A lot of perks like free food, a bike scheme, travel allowance, and many more. Overall, I think Booking.com is the best place to work in the Netherlands.
