Good location in Manchester city centre and a friendly environment.
Working on new projects is predominantly allowed to contractors. They go away with the knowledge they have acquired and leave the perms with the maintenance part of what they have built.
No wonder why many key people have left in the last few months. People are there to be proud of what they craft, whereas Management only cares about how much a team has delivered and how many bookings a feature makes.
Moreover, salary is far too low compared to competitors, not to mention the fact that there is no clear information about the company's shares.
