It has a very relaxed environment. The people who work there are both very bright and very friendly. Nice offices on Fountain Street.
They are forcing agile ways of working too hard, claiming to let us choose how we work, yet forcing a certain way.
Agile is not a silver bullet. It will not fit everyone and every team.
