It seems the company's only focus is to make quick money in the short term without improving the product. In fact, a lot of the business logic is still based on a dreadful legacy system that is very costly to maintain.
New projects that should be the core of new improvements are understaffed. The opinion of engineers is completely dismissed by management when it is time to set the strategy, and that creates requirements that are almost impossible to achieve with this old legacy system.
The management changes primary focus every 2-3 quarters, making it really difficult to achieve something meaningful.
There is almost no room for career and salary improvement. In particular, the salaries are subpar compared with the industry.
Listen more to people who want to improve systems and products, and not only focus on short-term gains.
