Pros

Booking.com spent a great effort looking after its employees, not just compensations, but everything else one can think of. The work-life balance is good; we work hard when we need to, but also play hard whenever there are opportunities. There are loads of company activities one can participate in.

The new office building is definitely a new attraction. Not only is the infrastructure green and environmentally friendly, but the organization of work areas, chill-out areas, three different restaurants, cafes, tea booths, and self-service kitchenettes, etc., this is far beyond what I have had in the past in my professional careers.

People-wise, top management takes employees' feedback very seriously, and the company's decisions are never taken lightly. This is what I like the most about Booking.com: there is a lot of respect internally!

Cons

Due to the organization's size and the amount of work, collaboration and prioritization can sometimes feel unorganized. Extreme agility and flexibility are required most of the time. The company is growing at an incredible pace, so this is to be expected too.
