Process

It started with a referral. I was then contacted by their recruiting team and had a phone interview with one of their recruiting directors. The phone interview focused mainly on finding if there was a match in terms of technical background, salary, and title expectations, as well as interest level.

Then, an on-site interview with the hiring manager was scheduled. The on-site interview took around 45 minutes, broken down as follows:

  • 15 minutes on describing the company and the position
  • 15 minutes on learning my background
  • 15 minutes on technical questions.
