The work culture is very friendly and casual, in my opinion. It's a great first work experience for me!
You get decent benefits, like gym and phone bill reimbursements. On top of that, there are unlimited days off.
I really enjoy the weekly company-wide meetings they have. They actually put in effort to make them interesting and fun.
They don't provide 401k matching.
