This company needs a little bit more of a push. I think they should stop focusing on all this "we're a great company to work" nonsense and start developing and getting the ball rolling more on some of their products. I'm speaking as someone who gets paid in the stock of the company and would like to see it succeed. There is this general laziness I see in the engineering teams.
