Good work-life balance, good technical people, and good learning opportunities.
Flat organization, little scope for career advancement.
The interview took four weeks. There were six stages, involving different people, though sometimes the same individuals. The most difficult part was the step before the last. I was asked very difficult questions, but they were completely irrelevant
Five rounds of algorithms and data structures, retrospective and behavioral questions to assess culture fit. I did well on the retrospective but did not do good in other rounds. It is a fairly detailed process.
Overall, the process was very straightforward. It began with a meeting with an executive recruiter, then the hiring manager, and lastly, a virtual "on-site" with five Sr. Director or VP-level interviews.
