Awesome to work at Box.
May not be as flexible for work from home.
I applied on my university's career website, then interviewed on campus for the first round. Each interview session was approximately 45 minutes and required me to either design a system and code it out on a whiteboard or to identify some concurrency
Five rounds of algorithms and data structures, retrospective and behavioral questions to assess culture fit. I did well on the retrospective but did not do good in other rounds. It is a fairly detailed process.
Overall, the process was very straightforward. It began with a meeting with an executive recruiter, then the hiring manager, and lastly, a virtual "on-site" with five Sr. Director or VP-level interviews.
