Process

The initial screen was followed by a full "on-site" (remote) round. This round included one systems design question. The remaining questions were more manager-specific, covering topics such as conflict role-play, recruiting, and manager values.

The recruiter did an excellent job preparing me for each interview. They provided general guidance on what each interviewer was assessing, allowing me to prepare relevant examples. There were no "gotchas," and I was able to present my best self thanks to their assistance.

I felt the company assessed cultural values thoroughly and effectively, which positively reflected the signal they were seeking from a manager candidate. Overall, everyone was kind, and I had a great experience.
