Full-day second-round interviews were mostly technical. Unlike FAANG, they seemed more like actual, real-world debugging, algorithmic, and systems issues that engineers at the company face. Each interviewer was very personable and eager to collaborate on the technical problems.

In my experience, the recruiters are also super responsive and helpful.
