Pros: Brex is moving incredibly fast with a very high bar for talent. Brex's biggest chance of success is due to its people.
* Great company-first mindset
* People actually want to ship products, not just debate them
* The product is constantly improving, and I have no doubt we will displace our competitors in 12-24 months
* I think this is a rocketship
* Remote-first, but organized offsites for all teams
Cons: 1. The business is going upmarket and it's requiring us to slow down and build durable products. This is proving hard for some parts of the company.
2. The company in many ways still operates with a hero culture, and sustainable processes are still nascent. I think this will get fixed.
